A Christmas Carol Scene 5 Summary

Scrooge- Ah… What day is it my boy?
Adam- It is Christmas morning sir.
Scrooge- That is great! Wonderful! Now boy go get me the biggest turkey and deliver it to Bob Crachit’s house, if you do I’ll give you a shilling and if you do it in under 5 minutes I’ll give you half a crown.
Narrator- The little boy went off rushing in a hurry while Scrooge was busy wishing everyone a Merry Christmas.
Scrooge- Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!
Narrator- Soon the little boy was back with the shopkeeper holding the turkey.
Adam- Sir I’m back in 3 minutes, here is your turkey.
Scrooge hands Adam more than half a crown and hands the shopkeeper...
