A Day in the Life of Josie
An individual’s beliefs and behaviors can and often does affect their actions one has on their own health in several ways. Josie is a prime example as she not presently in the best of health and persists to acquiesce herself to unhealthy activities. Josie who is 58, is a chain smoker, and has high blood pressure. Even though Josie knows she has high blood pressure she continues to smoke and does not get adequate exercise and chooses to maintain an unhealthy diet. Since Josie is divorced and has no children at home she does not take the time to take proper care of herself.
