If you take a look at the current status of both the secondary and college level educational settings in America, you will find numerous flaws in both settings. America needs to improve by increasing funding for hiring teachers as well as holding teachers to a higher standard. Today, more emphasis on certifying teachers encompasses multiple subjects, as opposed to just one field of specialty. Schools are in great need a better staffs with higher levels of education, and a wider range of resources to supply more students with.
