Accountability
Accountability is of the utmost importance, especially in the U.S. Army; not to mention for our unit. Every soldier must be accountable for himself, as well as his actions. Being accountable means being dependable in arriving to work and appointments on time, meeting deadlines, as well as being in the right place at the right time. I am showing such accountability for my actions in writing this essay.
