When planning for affirmative action in a company it will ensure that all employees are treated equally regardless of their ethnicity, race, or gender. There are many pros and cons to the issue of affirmative action that could affect the company.
Some pros of affirmative action are:
Diversity is wanted in society and will not happen if companies do not take a chance. Part of a company’s success in interacting with other nationalities and other races. Interaction in the workplace allows individuals to realize that other races are people too. Diversity is an important part of society’s accomplishments; we can not just ignore it.
