Develop and Implement the Solution
We have several steps to begin the implementation of our new solution. The first step is to generate a survey so that we can find out what is most important to our customers. The results of the survey will be used to create the new CRM data structure. This survey should take about three months to create and implement. Depending on the results of the survey we will spend the next 3-6 months updating the fields, tables and criteria in our CRM system, setting it up correctly for the first time.
