Alas Babylon
When writing Alas Babylon Pat Frank included powerful statements that were significant to the characters in the book and also they are useful statements for today’s world. One statement he used was “Peewee may be a mouse aboard ship, but he’s a tiger in a Tiger. If I sent him up with orders to shoot down the moon, he’d try†(Frank 69). This gives an example of how goals should be set and there should be no stopping until the arrival of the goal. It shows to not go for what seems to be the only possible thing but to go for what seems to be impossible and strive for the best.
