Summary: Sleep Apnea is a common condition, and it is when the person stops breathing several times throughout the night, or whenever they are sleeping. It is mostly common in men over 40, and men who are obese. Studies show that accidents increase with less amount of sleep, because of the breathing problems, and the risk of accidents increase even more with alcohol consumption.
