• Do the premises sufficiently support the conclusions?
Yes, many people were killed in other events of 2001 than the combined 9/11 event. The premise for the writer’s argument is that America’s high level of panic after 9/11 was actually extreme in relation to the number of deaths. Several arguments were made with the purpose of showing how these disagreements and reactions were reasonable.
