Armadillo, originated from the Greek root "Dasypodis," which means "rabbit with a turtle shell." Armadillos are closely related to sloths and anteaters in the Dasypodidae family. Armadillos are very interesting creatures. The color of most armadillos is a grayish brown, with the exception of the Pink Fairy, which is a pink kind of color with a pure white, hairy underbelly. There are about 20 different species of armadillos, and each breed is named based on their characteristics.
