The city of Chicago is surrounded by art. The architecture alone can be breath taking to a visitor. Within the city of Chicago are many nonprofit agencies that support art and artists. The first example is the Depart of Cultural Affairs and Special Events. This organization has four programs available. The first is the NAP or Neighborhood Arts Program.
