Aunt Connie’s Cookie Simulation is focused on the production of her mint cookies and her lemon filled cookies. Connie’s cookies were founded in 1986 after Connie’s friend Maria Villanueva exclaimed that her cookies were so tasteful, along with her pastry making skills and convinced her to go into business.
