While working in the healthcare industry, I encountered a situation that involved the hiring an individual. This particular company specialized in providing assistance to the elderly, and mentally challenged. The company was looking to hire another managing psychologist for the psychotherapy department. We placed ads and referenced other companies similar to ours for assistance. We ended up interviewing 6 applicants in all. The interview process included 3 steps.
