Business Law Ethics Exercise

Susan has a difficult decision to make. She knows inside information on the company with the winning bid because she is related to the owner. The city planning commission would give the job to Sams company because they are the lowest bid. If they knew what Susan knows they probably would not do so. I don’t think Susan has an ethical obligation to tell the city commission what she knows. She thinks that after the project Sam “will probably sell his company and retire.” She does not have any certainty.
