Capital Punishment
I do believe that the United States should continue to use capital punishment. Morally I do not feel that we should be responsible for taking another life, regardless of what crime he or she has done, but if a person commits a heinous crime against humanity then, yes, they should die. First capital punishment can be a deterrent against crime. Second there would not be any more people that are a product of recidivism. Third, it brings closure to family and friends of murdered victims. When a person knowingly commits rape, murder or sexually molests a child they deserve to be put to death and not be incarcerated for the rest of their natural life.
