Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) was established in 1998 by Kathy Kudler and offers a fine selection of meats, produce, cheese and wines at three different locations (La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas, California) with plans to open a fourth store in Carlsbad, California.
Currently, Kathy handles all the buying for each store on a weekly basis, which takes up a significant amount of her time and takes away her ability to interact with customers. As part of the restructuring plan, five new positions will be created and filled to create a purchasing department for KFF. These five new positions will include a purchasing manager and four purchasing clerks (one for each location).
