There are many things causing Jennifer stress; her marriage and the move to Nebraska are stress due to life changes. Although getting married and moving to a new home can be positive, it is still a major life change that can cause stress. Jennifer makes a one-hour commute to work and a one-hour commute home, which is a daily hassle that can be frustrating and causing her to feel time pressures.
