After reviewing Carl Robins’ case, I have come to the conclusion that he has put himself in a situation in which he will not be able to meet the said deadline of scheduling an orientation, by June 15th. Carl has set this deadline with supervisor, Monica Carrolls. Carl is the new recruiter for ABC Inc. He has recently recruited 15 new trainees who are all scheduled for orientation on the 15th of June. Due to some problems he has stumbled upon, he will not be able to meet the tight deadline. In the future, if Carl wants to become a successful employee, he will need to learn how to manage his time and communicate better with cow-workers and recruits.
