Ceasrean Deliveries
Cesarean deliveries is also known as c-section, it is when the baby is surgically removed from the uterus rather than traveling through the birth canal. The leading causes of cesarean deliveries are the fetus show signs of distress, that is a sudden rise in heart rate or if blood flows from the mother’s vagina during labor, the mother is usually over the age of 40, or the baby is in breech position that is the feet first in the birth canal. The routine use of fetal monitors, that measures the baby’s heartbeat during labor, it has contributed to a soaring rate of cesarean deliveries.
