I believe that Roy would be a great supervisor. He seems to be very caring and dedicated to his work. He gets the job done in a fair but firm way, which means he considers the odds of both sides and is able to make clear decision on all possible outcomes of the situation at hand. He not only looks out for himself he looks out for others as well. I agree with Bill Lindsay’s statement but I also think that a good supervisor needs to have a hands on approach to the job before they can start barking out orders. I think that if a person wants to supervise the meat cutting department at a grocery store, they should have first cut meat before they are put in charge of others. Then when...
