Organizations are implementing numerous web-based tools to educate employees and reach consumers inside the United States and other countries. Many social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter can be effective to spread organizational updates, but only a Webinar can join multiple participants from different settings into one joint forum to start an open discussion or learning team environment (O'Kane, 2009).
