We have been experiencing a high employee turnover rate as well as a steadily increasing number of absenteeism within our organization in the past year. This trend is an indicator of a stressful work culture which can lead to dissatisfied employees. This resulting stress is not only unhealthy for employees but also dysfunctional for our organization.
