HEALTHY EATING PLAN COMPARISON

A healthy eating plan will give my body the nutrients it needs every day while staying within my daily calorie goal. The healthy eating plan will also lower my risks for heart disease and any other health problems in the future. A healthy eating plan should consist of eating a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and fat free or low fat dairy. It should also include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, nuts and is low in saturated fats, Trans fats, sodium, and added sugars. A huge difference in any eating plan, at least now days, is portion control.
