This is comprised of 6 minutes to clean the bowl and mix the batch, 2 minutes to spoon out the dough, 1 minute to set the oven, 2 minutes to pack the cookies and 1 minute to collect the payment. Of these 12 minutes, 7 minutes of labor would not be needed for the second batch. These are the 6 minutes of mixing and the 1 minute of payment collection.
