Crash

In 2005 the film “Crash” won three Academy Awards including Best Picture. The film has a completely star-studded cast and takes on many modern day issues of racism. The story takes place in the city of Los Angeles, which is one of the most racially divided cities in the world. Throughout the film, Director Paul Haggis introduces us to many different situations of racial tension. Most of the characters seem to be introduced to each other by means of some sort of crime.
