First, I must mention that this title leaves quite a bitter taste in my mouth. Due to the fact that I have personally witnessed a horrible court case dealing with a girl and a young man, they were 20 and 18. They had met on the internet and the girl totally set up this young man. He was a nice guy who was in college and doing really good. It was obvious to all of us that sat there and listened. However, the defendant's attorney died within a month after requesting a trial and he was stuck with the in experienced attorney that assisted the hired attorney. The hired attorney had a great reputation for handling these types of cases and had proof that was needed...
