Water: The Gift of Life
There are many people who can go for weeks, without eating any food, but not too many, actually, not a single soul can live more than a few days without water. Now, imagine what dried fruit would look like after all of the moisture and water found inside of it is gone. These analogies illustrate exactly what the human body would look like when it is not provided with the amount of water needed to survive; without water, the body will not function as it should.
