Dehydration

In many cultures water is viewed as tranquil and peaceful. In other cultures it is believed that there is a god of water who controls the ebb and flow of the sea. One thing all cultures cannot deny is the need for water in the body. The human body cannot function properly without frequent hydration. Water is needed for a multitude of functions in the body, including cleansing, and the absorption and processing of vitamins and nutrients that are critical to functioning.
