In this paper I would like to discuss the organization known as DeVry University, and how even though it is a good school some things could be different. If you go a little deeper then the students you of course have employees that help the students in their careers. Which brings me to the main point I plan on discussing in the paper, the employees.
I currently work at the home office helpdesk at DeVry University and the turn over rate there is pretty high. On that note the turn over rate at DeVry in genral is pretty high.
