According to the DISC personality test, my personality classification is go-getter. In this paper, I will review the strengths and weaknesses of the personality type as described in the DISC literature, and discuss how accurately these traits describe me. In particular I will discuss the tendencies, growth opportunities, coping mechanisms and conflict behaviors of the go-getter personality type, and provide an evaluation of how well this personality type reflects my behavior.
