Discipline
There are ethical issues in all areas of management. We are going to be looking at discipline and how ethics can affect discipline procedures. We are going to describe the moral and ethical issues faced by managers dealing with discipline and how these issues affect other individuals. Then we are going to explain how the relationship between social issues and ethically responsible management practices apply to discipline. Then we are going to provide a workplace example of an ethical dilemma involving discipline and if any laws govern the manager’s actions? So let us get started we have a lot to cover.
