Mandatory Drug Test; a Difference Maker
Drug tests in a work environment have always been a controversial topic disputed. Most companies have a drug policy and alcohol policy that is strictly enforced. The only way to tell if an employee or co-worker is under the influence of an illegal drug is to apply a required drug test in the hiring process and possibly a random drug test to ensure the worker stays clear of drugs. A drug check can positively affect a work environment by making him along with co-workers safe, add positive motivation, and protect the business owner’s investment.
