Duality
Most people teenagers or even just people who have endured the teenage years will attest to the self disconection felt through most of those years. The feeling that the real world and your own reality are two diffrent places is not only scary but also a very profound feeling. This feeling that your world and the real world are completly different from eachother is known as duality. At some points in life duality becomes a hurdle, one which we strive to erase and over come. Many will attempt to find a link between these to realities through soul searching or their religon. To others however they cannot see the duality in their lives. It may be that they are not aware of it...
