Below provides a proposed summary of Boeing’s employee benefits:
1. Health Insurance
• Medical- An Employee can choose one of two *Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Medical Plans through Boeing
• Physician Office Visit
 Network Physician - 100% after $10.00 Premium Plan or $15.00 Basic Plan co-pays (on most services)
 Non-network Physician – 80% Premium Plan or 60% Basic Plan after calendar year deductibles
