The rapid increase of different kinds of technology in the workplace has help to form new obstacles for employees and employers regarding privacy in the workplace. In this paper, the author will discuss the privacy policy surrounding e-mail and internet usage; address a few laws regulating employee internet and e-mail privacy policies, as well as reasons for implementing these policies.
