Energy Conservation
Energy conservation is a topic that should be taken seriously. Present levels of consumption are quickly depleting the earth of its natural resources. America consists of five percent of the world’s population and uses twenty-five percent of the world’s energy. The habits are based on the need for luxuries such as the desire to drive places rather than walk or watch TV rather than read a book or talk with our family. There are many ways in which we can conserve energy, not just cut down on how we use our energy, but find new ways to produce energy and an energy that is safe for the environment.
