“Ethical theories are of no use when discussing matters of sex and relationships”-Discuss
To come to a firm conclusion of whether ethical theories are useful when discussing matters of sex and relationships, one would have to explore the different types of ethical theories such as natural law or utilitarianism. You would also have to explore people’s different values in life and how they perceive sex and relationships. Overall, I believe that ethical theories are of use to people with religious beliefs. Therefore, to show an example I believe that natural law would be useful to a roman catholic but would be pointless in helping the atheist.
