Wow, this was a very difficult question for me. I know as a parent I would want to know if what was going on if this were my child.
I would encourage the client to ask her parents to come in so that we both (the client and I) could talk with her parents together.
I would ask her why she was so afraid to tell her parents. Was she worried they would be hurt and upset that she had sex, or was she scared for her physical safety? If it was that she did not want to disappoint her parents then I would continue to...
