1. What are the different ways in which we evaluate people? Explain.
We use social cognition to evaluate other people. We evaluate by forming impressions of them and according to the primacy effect and “me” the first impression is the most important. We sometimes evaluate people by the nature of their attitude or interpersonal attraction. Prejudice and descrimination is another way that we evaluate people very often. Sometimes we used these acts and do not realize it. Prejudice and descrimination is not limited to race and ethnicity. A great example would be if we see a person that has a bunch of tattoos and piercings all over the place, we automatically evaluate that person...
