Introduction
Having organized financial information available can make a difference in effective business decisions (Weygandt, J., 2008). The purpose of accounting is a system that provides useful financial information. There are four basic financial statements; Income statement, Retained earnings statement, Balance sheet, and Statement of cash flows. This paper will discuss how financial statements interrelate with each other and why they are useful to managers, investors, creditors, and employees.
