There are a few different kinds of accountability in the army today, ranging from accountability of soldiers in your squad or platoon. I will touch a little bit on this subject and hopefully be able to explain successfully to you why each is important in their own way, starting with accountability of your soldiers and working through to the others.
Having proper accountability of a soldier is important in many different ways. Mainly when you have proper accountability of a soldier, you know that soldier is safe, where they are and when they are supposed to be there.
