Helping Bug
Trying to get my darling Savannah back she is 17 and involved with some DCS isssues in Tennessee she currently is in juvenile and being held until said court date.Her charges are: Runaway,Theft over 1000, and a misdemeanor that im not quite sure of the specifics because nobody tells me anything and her mom is useless. Heres my problem with this, I'm her husband (19) we were happily married a week ago, ive all my legal documents (Marriage Certification,The Papers from the SS Administration for name change) together ive taken them to court and the judge is telling me he believes our marriage to be void due to the fact she was taken by DCS (Department of Child Servces) A month or so back...
