Background
Between 1987 and 1990, Micro-Switch, a division of Honeywell, transformed from a narrow minded business into a customer oriented global operation. Three middle managers, part of the company's change, were Rick Rowe (Director, Material), Deb Massof (Director, Aerospace, Ordnance) and Ellis Stewart (director, Fabrication Operations). During these changes the company and as these mangers tried to manifest a culture change, but the company went into a terrible slump.
