Does The Department of Corrections teach the incarcerated how to become worse criminals? Much of the population thinks that inmates are taught how to be better criminals while in the Department of Corrections.
Inmates are housed with other inmates that have committed worse felonies then other inmates. The inmates with greater felonies show the other inmates with lesser crimes what they need to learn to survive in prison. There are many other things in prison that will make an inmate worse than when they went in to prison. Is inmates trying to assist in stop the crime rate?
