Most Embarassing Moment
8:00 o’clock in the morning, and I hadn’t slept at all; I was going to take the flight anyway. People waiting in line with their suitcases; a lady’s voice announcing a delay; men walking fast talking on their cell phones. The idea of leaving the country for a whole semester was making me feel excited but nervous too. All my friends and family were there to say goodbye. Saying goodbye wasn’t hard. Wet eyes, sobs, hugging me like if she wouldn’t let me go. My mom was crying, but I was just thinking about leaving.
