1. In what part of the cave were Paleolithic paintings generally found and why?

Generally they were found deep in the caves, where was not any access to the daylight. Scientists suggest that it is related to the religious or magic. For those who were creating these drawings the main purpose was not to finish their work but to create it, while exploring the cave. It also relates to the social order that existed during Paleolithic period, so not every man of the tribe could enter in that part of the cave.
