Team Dinamics

According to Harrison (1999) members of modern organizations must be much more creative and innovative. To accomplish this they must develop a team personality. Harrison notes that team personalities allow the team member to relate effectively with many different types of people. Team members will have to work much more closely if their organizations are going to survive.
