Scenario:
You are riding with a police officer when over the radio comes an APB: a bank robbery has occurred and a guard is down. Four suspects were seen driving away in a white Camry. Suddenly, the officer sees what he thinks may be the getaway car. But only two people are in the car, and they do not fully match the suspects’ descriptions. Indeed, the dispatcher says there is no match. Later in the scenario, the police located a second vehicle with the other two suspects. They have been pulled over for a safety violation – a broken taillight. Once again, the police must decide whether to conduct a vehicle...
