Introduction
The world’s biggest retail behemoth, founded in the heart of America’s Bible belt does not like unions. Walmart was found by Sam Walton in 1962 and has approximately 2400 stores in all 50 states with over 800,000 employees in the United States and 1.2 million employees globally thus making it the largest retailer around to reach its organizational level and global appeal. A giant force it has been called- Wal-Mart- with much success to claim has taken a great portion of market share in America.
